Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. We do this to ensure fairness and accuracy for everyone.
Do you provide a guarantee for your work?
We guarantee that our work will be free from defects in workmanship for one year from the date your service is completed. All repairs connected to our work are free of charge within that one year.
Are the material costs included in the flat rate?
The “Materials Estimate” portion of the quote is only an estimate, not a fixed cost. The final invoice will be based on what is purchased and used for the project. All changes to the original quote will be discussed with you before the work is performed.

I was trying to find someone who could replace an accordion door with a wooden door to provide more privacy for a tiny 1/2 bath. Steve envisioned a wooden door that could work with some adjustments to the doorway and would be similar to other doors in my house complete with an antique door knob and hardware.
